The invisible player

An anonymous letter in a magazine attacks a university professor at the height of his career. The search for the writer soon becomes an obsession, but the investigation he is conducting does not result in uncovering the culprit as much as it uncovers a web of intrigue surrounding protagonist. After a series of events that culminate in the discovery of his wife's infidelity and the suicide of a colleague, the professor is now able to accept his crisis. He has realized that the "invisible player" acting behind his back is also threatening him from within.
