Greek vases from the Buffalo Museum of Science

Shows twenty-nine of some fifty Greek artifacts-vases and figurines, all of which were originally found in tombs in Greece or in the Greek colonies of southern Italy. Looks at the relationship between Greek vases, funerary rituals, and the afterlife from early Greece (1200-480 BC) to the Classical Period (480-323 BC).
