Batman

Following a plague of Ebola and a catastrophic earthquake, Gotham is written off as beyond help by the U.S. government. Now, the city has been sealed off from the outside world, leaving those who stayed, by choice or otherwise, in a wasteland with only Batman, Batgirl, and a few others to stem the tide of anarchy.
