The Gospel of Thomas

Hidden for two millennia in a stone jar, the Gospel of Thomas was discovered in the Egyptian desert in 1945. It contains many sayings of Jesus that are not found in the New Testament -- many of which are thought to predate those found in the Gospels -- offering a fresh encounter with the historical Jesus. Calligraphy in Greek.
