Two viruses are created at a germ warfare lab and released by a disgruntled worker. One causes people to morph to giant genitals and later to dissolve into white glop. The other is the cure. Victims who are infected by the cure only become extremely horny for a while and then recover. The viruses attack the local population causing some erotic and embarrassing moments, then spread rapidly throughout the country in erotic, humorous, and grotesque incidents. The body count is high (including all of China) due in part to the efforts of an evil politician using the disease for his own agenda. The Presidential Task Force, the CIA, and the CDC attempt to propagate the cure to minimize damage. Some Old Ones on Satan's payroll are at the bottom of it. They created the virus to avenge their persecution by the communists and to facilitate breeding with humans. As civilization encroaches on the Old One site by way of a construction project the Old Ones strike back using the viruses.
